The cost depends on the destination, length of tour, number of fixtures, accommodation standard, group size and travel dates, with international flights normally the largest single item. How far in advance should we plan a football tour?
We recommend planning 9 to 18 months ahead. Early planning secures the best flight pricing, gives the strongest chance of quality fixtures and venues, and allows time for school or club approval and family fundraising where needed. That said, we can also organise shorter-notice tours — talk to us and we will tell you what is possible.
